The latest of the "Elmo" series of toys, the Elmo Live is a life-like (well, as life like as a muppet can be :-) creation. This Elmo appears to actually be speaking and with the same mannerisms as he does on Sesame Street.

Elmo Live waves his arms, sits, stands, and even crosses his legs while telling jokes, playing games, singing songs, and telling stories. This is certainly the most interactive Elmo ever. It's even been called and "industry changing toy" by Chris Byren aka The Toy Guy.

While Elmo Live is sure to impress adults, that's not who the toy is designed for and Fisher Price hasn't forgotten that. It'll be sure to wow your preschooler who adores Elmo. And with this latest edition, it's as close to being with Elmo in the fur as you can get.
